1. Control the loading quality and speed

The national tire standard specifies the maximum load under the corresponding tire pressure at a certain speed. The tire pressure recommended by the manufacturer is determined according to the requirements of the national standard on the load of the tire during the rated load and normal operation of the vehicle. Therefore, the vehicle must be loaded according to the rated load of the loader, under normal circumstances, overload within 15% is acceptable. But the overload will cause the tire deformation to increase, seriously affect the tire service life. If special conditions must be overloaded, the cold air pressure of tire should be increased appropriately, but it should not be used for a long time. Now the domestic loader mostly adopts low-pressure and wide base tire, the tire allowable radial deformation is 3%~4% the diameter of the tyre, pays attention to the tire radial deformation should be in the actual operation process, the deformation amount not exceeding this range.

Similarly, the driving speed has a great influence on the tire life, in actual use, speed and load are equal significance, in some cases, speed is more important. In order to achieve the best use effect, if the speed is higher than the tire rated speed, it is necessary to reduce the transport load; if the speed is lower than the tire rated speed, it can appropriately improve the transport load. 2. Control the tire pressure of the loader

Tire pressure is too high or low, will lead to early wear of tires, seriously affect the service life of tires. Air pressure is too low, easily lead to tire under load deformation is too large, the grounding area increased, uneven tread wear, carcass ply between the shear stress increases, friction heat is high, resulting in matrix delamination, and the obstacles, the tyre body cord is easy to break, the carcass and bead burst. When the air pressure is too high, the inner curtain line is stretched too much and breaks, which leads to the matrix explosion.

3. Control the tire temperature of the loader

In the process of loader operation, the load acting on the tire has periodic changes, causing the tire to produce periodic deformation, while the tire and the ground contact friction. In this way, the carcass temperature will rise continuously. The temperature rise of the carcass is not only related to the loading weight, running speed and road condition, but also to the operation time and the environment temperature. In summer, when the external temperature is high, the range of tire temperature is small, and the tire temperature is easy to rise. With the increase of tire carcass temperature, the aging of rubber and the performance of tire will decrease. When it reaches or exceeds the critical temperature of tire, it is easy to cause carcass ply to fall off and burst. The critical temperature of the engineered bias tire is 105 degrees centigrade. Therefore, when running in summer, the tire temperature range is limited to 100 degrees ~107 degrees, and if the temperature is more than 115 degrees, that is dangerous temperature, it will produce a flat tire. Therefore, in the hot summer season, it is best to use morning and evening work, rest at noon, to prevent the tire temperature too high. If the situation is not allowed, in the operation process, must check the tire temperature, touch the carcass with hand, find the hot, stop immediately. When stopping, the car should be parked in the shade to avoid the sun burst and dry the tires. After the natural temperature of the tire is lowered, the homework will be done again. It must not be cooled or deflated to reduce the temperature.
