Correct loader tire protection chain installation method

The general loader has a relatively poor working environment, and some sharp objects such as gravel can be seen everywhere, which causes the loader tire to be easily damaged. Installation method:

1. Place the loader in a flat area and release about one-third of the tire gas.

2. Unfold the chain and lay the front of the tire (internal and external).

3. Remove the attachment (opening and diamond opening) and hang the end of the chain with a wire of about 1 meter.

4. Start the loader and notice that the front of the tire is aligned with the front of the chain.

5. Grab the tire pattern with a thread, swing the chain with a crowbar, and slowly move the vehicle backwards until the chain wraps the tire until the front wheel moves forward and the rear wheel moves forward.

6. After the two ends of the chain, the connecting portion can be connected at both ends.

7. Tighten the tires on the outside of the fastening chain and tighten the adjustment.

8. Inspect the load ring of the loader tire protection chain so that the weld is facing outwards to avoid wear and tear on the tire.
