Forklift tires removable method:
1, turn off the engine, so that the forklift in the no-load state, the electric forklift parked in the flat, hard ground,
2, the fork down to the ground, stop the wheel with a parking brake, such as the replacement of steering tires, the jack support in the rear axle rear bracket center, such as the replacement of the drive tire, the jack support in the front side of the frame position.
3, with a jack jack up slightly electric forklift, so that the tire is still in contact with the ground; first open the fixed inflatable tube bolts, remove the clip, and then release the hub nut.
4, with the jack fully support the car, unscrew the hub nut, the tire removed.
5, electric forklift tires installed in reverse order of disassembly. When installing the hub nut, the tightening torque must reach the specified value.

Documents after shipment
We will send original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Sales Confirmation, Bill of Lading, and other certificates as required by customer.
