15 Inch Chrom Rims

Description

15 Inch Chrom Rims is a low pressure casting wheel. Low pressure casting uses a positive pressure to move molten aluminum into the mold more quickly and to obtain a finished product with improved mechanical properties (more dense) on the gravity casting wheel. The production cost of low pressure casting is slightly higher than gravity casting.

Clean

1. Flush 15 Inch Chrom Rims to remove loose dust and brake dust with a pH neutral cleaner specially designed for chrome rims.

2. Use a soft synthetic brush wheel brush to agitate the surface of the rim to loosen dirt and destroy dust without scratching the surface. Be careful not to scrub the edges to avoid surface scratches.

3. Use a lug nut brush to clean the inside of the lug nut and the inside of the lug nut hole to keep the wheel wet.

4. Clean the wheels with a longer, harder brush and a longer handle. Be careful not to use a soft edge brush on the wheel well or use a wheel brush on the rim.

5. Use a special concave brush to clean the tire wall with a high quality tire cleaner degreaser. Note that the tire brush is only used on the tire.

6. Thoroughly rinse the tires, wheels and rims, including between the lug nut holes and the spokes.

7. Always dry the wheel with a clean microfiber towel.
